Developing PHP Applications

Just simply add this code to the top of your config.inc.php file.

ini_set('upload_max_filesize', '20M');

ini_set('max_input_time', '1800');

// … rest of the config.inc.php …//

?>

This is much more helpful if you don’t have access to ‘.htaccess’ file.
